Deep Focus does not require you to create an account, provide your name, or share any personal identity information. All your app data and progress are stored anonymously and locally on your device.

Deep Focus tracks your progress, including:

• Completed daily missions
• Urges managed
• Discipline scores
• Reflection entries
• Streaks and milestones

All this data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or transmit this data to any external servers.

1.3. Device Information

We may collect non-personal information about your mobile device, such as model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for the purpose of App Store analytics provided by Apple.

1.4. Subscription and Payment Data

Purchases are handled through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your credit card or financial information. Apple provides us with anonymous transaction information (e.g., transaction ID, date, and product type) to manage your subscription status via StoreKit 2.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected locally on your device to:

• Track your discipline protocol progress.
• Provide personalized discipline scores and insights.
• Send local notifications for daily reminders (if enabled).
• Enable "War Against Impulse" functionality.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Local Storage: All your personal data and progress are stored on your device.
• Backups: Your data may be included in your standard iCloud backups if you have enabled them on your device.
• Security: We use standard iOS security protocols to ensure your data remains private on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

Deep Focus may use the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store / StoreKit: For processing subscriptions and managing App Store analytics.
• Apple Health (Optional): If you grant permission, we may read screen time or activity data to calculate your Discipline Score. This data never leaves your device.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Right to Access: You can view all your data within the App's settings.
• Right to Deletion: You can delete all your data at any time by using the "Delete All Data" button in the Settings tab.
• Right to Export: You can export your data in a machine-readable format from the Settings tab.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: You can disable notifications or Health integration at any time in your device settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Deep Focus does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@x1technologies.pl.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App.
