Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Focus Reset mobile application ("App") operated by Focus Reset ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.

2. Use of the App

Focus Reset is a tool designed to help users manage their screen time and focus. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1. Premium Subscription

Focus Reset offers "Premium" features via auto-renewable subscriptions (Weekly, Yearly) or a Lifetime purchase.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless they are canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

3.2. Free Trial

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

4. No Medical Advice

DISCLAIMER: Focus Reset is NOT a medical application. The content, tasks, and coaching provided are for informational and motivational purposes only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for ADHD, addiction, or any other mental health condition. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding user-provided journal entries), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Focus Reset and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Focus Reset.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Focus Reset, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App.
• Any content obtained from the App.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App operator is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
