WEBSITE PRIVACY
How X1 processes data on this website.
Last updated: 9 August 2026
This notice applies to x1technologies.pl and its contact form. It is not the privacy policy for Naukado or for retired X1 applications.
1. Controller
The data controller is X1 Technologies Łukasz Szczepocki, ul. Tulipanowa 3, 05-091 Ząbki, Poland, tax ID 1251792192, REGON 542436628.
For privacy matters, contact kontakt@x1technologies.pl.
2. Data processed
When you use the website, the server may record standard technical data: IP address, request date and time, requested URL, browser information and response code. This is used to operate the website securely and reliably.
When you send the form, X1 processes your name, email address, optional company name, selected project type, optional budget and timing, and the message you provide.
Once you start using the form, a technical session cookie is set to protect against forged submissions (CSRF). Abuse prevention uses a pseudonymous IP hash and submission-attempt times within an active one-hour window. Older entries are ignored and removed during the form’s subsequent cleanup runs.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Enquiry data is used to respond, clarify requirements and — where relevant — prepare a proposal or take steps before entering into an agreement.
Technical data and anti-spam controls are used for X1’s legitimate interests in securing the website, maintaining availability and preventing abuse.
4. Service providers
Data may be processed by the website hosting provider (Hostinger) and the business email and communication provider (Google Workspace), only to the extent needed to provide those services.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is handled under mechanisms available under applicable law and the provider’s contractual terms.
5. Retention
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and then for as long as justified by project documentation, legal duties or the defence of claims.
Abuse-prevention entries older than one hour are ignored and removed during the form’s subsequent cleanup runs. Standard server-log retention follows the hosting provider’s secure configuration.
6. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, or object to processing. You may also complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO) or your local supervisory authority.
To exercise a right, email kontakt@x1technologies.pl. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.
7. Cookies and analytics
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not install tracking tools. The contact form’s technical session cookie is required for secure operation.
Following a link to the App Store, Google Play or another external service takes you to a provider operating under its own privacy terms.
8. Updates
This notice may be updated if the website’s operation or legal requirements change. The current version date appears at the top of the page.
