Terms for using the X1 website.

These terms apply to the informational website x1technologies.pl and its free contact form.
1. Service provider
The website is operated by X1 Technologies Łukasz Szczepocki, ul. Tulipanowa 3, 05-091 Ząbki, Poland, tax ID 1251792192, REGON 542436628. Contact: kontakt@x1technologies.pl.
2. Website services
The website provides free information about X1 Technologies and its services. The contact form lets you send an enquiry about a project or working together and receive a response at the email address you provide.
Sending an enquiry does not enter you into an agreement for application development or commit either party to working together. Project scope, fees, timing and other terms are agreed in an individual proposal and agreement.
3. Technical requirements
You need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser. The form requires JavaScript, support for an essential technical cookie and an active email address at which you can receive a response.
If you have trouble with the form, you can contact X1 directly by email. Share only information needed to discuss the project; do not send passwords or other access credentials.
4. Rules of use
Use the website lawfully. You must not send unlawful content or spam, disrupt the website or infringe other people’s rights.
Required form fields are marked with an asterisk. Provide an email address where you can be reached. Security controls may limit repeated or invalid submission attempts.
5. Starting and ending use
The information service starts when you open the website and ends when you leave it. The contact form service starts when you begin filling it in and ends when you send the message or leave the form without sending it.
You can stop using these services at any time. These terms are available free of charge before you send an enquiry and can be saved or printed from your browser. Details of personal data processing are provided in the website privacy notice.
6. Website complaints
Report issues with the website or form to kontakt@x1technologies.pl. Describe the issue and, if possible, include when it occurred and which browser you used.
X1 will respond at the email address you provide within 14 days of receiving the complaint. Complaints about an individual project are handled under the agreement for that project and applicable law.
