Workflows and user roles
We identify the users, their tasks and their access to data. I design the workflow, information structure and main views.
Web applications
I build browser-based applications: admin panels, customer portals and everyday business tools. The interface and backend follow how your business actually works.
WHAT WE CAN BUILD
We identify the users, their tasks and their access to data. I design the workflow, information structure and main views.
I build responsive interfaces with React and Next.js. Forms, lists and detail views are designed for the devices and working habits of administrators and customers.
I build the backend and database model. The agreed scope can include accounts, roles, content, orders or requests, with validation and access controls.
I connect external services using available interfaces and documentation, test the agreed scenarios and prepare deployment. We define handover and ongoing maintenance separately.
YOUR PROJECT
For businesses whose particular process is not supported by an off-the-shelf tool: customer service, content management, data operations or exchanging information between systems. We start with the task to improve.
We map the current workflow, users and data, then separate launch requirements from later development. For an existing system, I check documentation, integration options and constraints before quoting.
PRODUCT EXPERIENCE
In my own product Naukado, I combine the interface, user accounts and application backend. Client work also includes websites and panels: UZZO covers a website and administration panel and is currently in progress.

Explain the current workflow, its problem and the user roles, such as an administrator and a customer. Identify who enters information, who approves it and the expected result. List existing tools and required integrations. Do not include production data or credentials in the contact form.
No. The first version can address one workflow, such as a customer portal, request handling or content administration. Where existing tools provide suitable APIs and access, we assess connecting them. Data migration, additional modules, hosting and maintenance are separate scope decisions.
A website mainly presents an offer. An application lets people complete tasks: sign in, manage data, handle a request or access their own materials. Both can be part of the same product.
Integration depends on the available API, documentation and permissions. I assess these before agreeing on scope. Connecting systems does not always require replacing an existing tool.
They follow from the workflows, roles, views and integrations. We agree on the first version, quote and schedule before work starts. Further development and maintenance are scoped separately.
